Daily Announcement Highlights

  • One can, two can, who can, you can!
    Hey students!  It's that time of year again, time when  all of us SGMS students donate canned goods or other non perishable food items.  The canned goods will all be donated to a local food bank that  helps feed others in our community! Please start bringing in your food items now!  The places on campus to drop your donations off are in Office A, the library, and outside room 72 in the sixth grade area.  The last day to bring in your donations is November 15th....Remember, one can, two can, who can, you can!  Let's all work together to help others!

  • Attentions Students! Come to Math Night on Thursday, November 16 at 6pm! This is for the whole family!

  • Writer's Block got you singing the blues? Come to Creative Writing Club Monday at 3 pm. In Room 71 we will continue working on any style of fiction, prose, or  poetry you have, and start new, fun writing prompts to get your brain back on track. See you then, bring a friend!!

  • The 2nd Chess tournament of the year will be Friday,  November 17th. Those students who would like to participate, see Mr. Barber in Room 36 for a permission. Reminder there is a daily chess tournament game from 8:10-8:20 in Room 36. Those who would like to learn how to play see Mr. Barber

  • Are you ready for Buddy Shots? You and your buddies can be in the yearbook in your own personal photo. Go to office B to pay $6 for the photo, then come to room 21 at either lunch. Be ready to Splash your Smiles !
